Dan came out this morning to inspect a cracked foundation. We've had other companies and even an engineer to advise us. He was the most knowledgeable and experienced in our issue. He explained things in a way we understood and presented us with options. The details he provided gave us confidence in making a choice for repair.
The william's crew did great, worked quickly and very friendly. Had some communication issues before work got started but Clayton and Cory were wonderful to come out and make things right. I'm glad I got the crawlspace encapsulated because there was so much moisture and basement waterproofed. Just wished things went a little bit smoother but that's probably just cuz I'm a woman and we are a little bit more high maintenance. Thank you team
