BUYER BEWARE, as the old saying goes. On 10-20-2020 OBA repaired my basement walls and installed new drain lines. Needless to say, it was expensive but the techs did a nice job. Can't say that about the sump pump drain line. It came apart. The sump pump discharge is draining down the foundation! Basement floor is wet. I called OBA today, (02-22-22). They can't come out till next Tuesday, 03-04-22! And, of course, the line is out of warranty. Fortunately, another company, Mulbarger Plumbing, will be here today. VERY disappo... read more

I have never left a review for anything in my life, until now. Zeke Fowler with Ohio Basement Authority and the team, Nelson, Ernesto, Lola, helped me beyond measure with the problem I had to address with my basement wall. I truly appreciate the excellent service provided to me by the I Ohio Basement Authority (OBA). My Certified Field Inspector, Andrew Rothenberg, was great. He started out by asking me what is the problem and what is my future in this home. I really appreciated that. That showed me that he was truly concerned with my needs and wanted to help me fix the problem. I have to comment on the patience he had with me. I had questions after the initial visit. OBA came out to install sump pump through the Blueprint Project. Lamont & Jermil were very personable and did an excellent installation. When it came time to lay the drainage pipe, they got me involved so as not to disturb the plant material in my yard. While there I was told about some existing problems with the basement walls. I has suspected the problems and they were confirmed. When they were finished,they made sure all cleanup was done to my satisfaction. Thank you Lamont & Jermil
