Iran H , Damarion A , and Brady S from Ohio Basement Authority replaced our sump pit and exterior lines out in one day and were really quite proficient and knowledgeable about the process of doing the job . They were excellent in working as a team and stayed really busy until the job was completed . I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again and I am going to let them water proof my basement in the future ...
WE had Ohio Basement Aurhority come in this week and replace our sump pump. They installed a new pump with a battery back-up. Brandon, Ben and Cory did a great job. Cleaned up when they were done. We are very happy with the experience. Thank you!
Eric did a great job explaining our basement issues and what options we had in getting the problem fixed. Told us to call him if we had any other questions.Would get the company again.
the team was prompt, courteous, did an excellent/quality job, cleaned up after themselves, and got the job done in less time than estimated; they found a creative solution to a problem with removal of the existing flooring that kept the job on-schedule and didn't add any cost! The sales and office staff were excellent in answering upfront questions
Yesterday, 02-22-22, I posted a negative review about OBA. Today I received a phone call from OBA management. The gentleman was concerned and apologetic about my sump pump problem. He explained that he only had six techs for the OBA service area. With the ice, snow and rain deluging Cental OH, his guys were pulling 12 hour shifts. Consequently, OBA couldn't respond quickly. BUYER BEWARE, as the old saying goes. On 10-20-2020 OBA repaired my basement walls and installed new drain lines. Needless to say, it was expensive but the techs did a nice job. Can't say that about the sump pump drain line. It came apart. The sump pump discharge is draining down the foundation! Basement floor is wet. I called OBA today, (02-22-22). They can't come out till next Tuesday, 03-04-22! And, of course, the line is out of warranty. Fortunately, another company, Mulbarger Plumbing, will be here today. VERY disappo... read more

Zeke Fowler with Ohio Basement Authority and the team, Nelson, Ernesto, Lola, helped me beyond measure with the problem I had to address with my basement wall. I truly appreciate the excellent service provided to me by the I Ohio Basement Authority (OBA). My Certified Field Inspector, Andrew Rothenberg, was great. He started out by asking me what is the problem and what is my future in this home. I really appreciated that. OBA came out to install sump pump through the Blueprint Project. Lamont & Jermil were very personable and did an excellent installation. When it came time to lay the drainage pipe, they got me involved so as not to disturb the plant material in my yard. While there I was told about some existing problems with the basement walls. I has suspected the problems and they were confirmed. When they were finished,they made sure all cleanup was done to my satisfaction. Thank you Lamont & Jermil
