The Monday am taxi line is worse than Vegas! Prearranged is the way to go.
I'm handicapped. Have a cane. Asked for assistance to go from concourse c to f. Was told no one could help me. Am partially blind can't go down the steps alone. Was told too bad. Eff ohare.

If you like smoothies and you are in terminal 3, hit up the joint between beach burrito and the bar. Solid, no line and a good way to start the day.
Don't even bother trying to get a meal served to your table in terminal C. Also there are phone card machines throughout the whole dang airport.
Fly at night if you can help it, much less crowded.
Avoid booking the last fight for the day to your destination, more than likely you'll be spending the night.
Don't pay $7 an hour for wifi! Instead, find one of the FreeConnect stations scattered throughout the airport. Watch a 30 second ad, get 10 minutes free internet browsing. Repeat as needed.
