There is a working outlet between Hudson News and the shoe shine place in Concourse H. It's behind the information desk in front of the stairs.
International terminal isn't bad...nicely separated from the domestic crowds and much cleaner IMHO.
There's a Starbucks at American Airline's baggage claim AND one after you go through security. You're welcome!
