The shuttle bus service is often delayed or does not arrive on time. The drivers are very friendly and helpful, but I believe there should be more buses available, especially during heavy traffic. Today, I waited for 40 minutes without a single bus arriving, which caused me to be late for work. The shuttle service should recognize how important it is for employees to arrive at work on time and provide enough buses to meet the demand.
Train lines to travel from teminal 5 to terminal one.The trains are very frequent, so there's never a hurry to catch or regret missing a train.The door crosses automatically and ensures safety of all passengers, whether senior adults young kids, it has room for everybody.It was nice to watch all the terminals.Before reaching terminal one most efficient system.Otherwise, this airport can be very overwhelming
One of the trams were down. meanwhile they have all these shuttle buses on the other end doing nothing
