I recommend strongly stay away from this company. I asked their apprisial Paul Brosnihan not to contact the seller or the seller agent and he did respect my asking and also gave lowball valuation while other appraisles gave higher valuation. Waste of $800
Went to the bank to refinance. The bank chose this company which I DO NOT Recommend. Especially Paul was not personable. He was approximately there for 18 minutes. Did not physically measure my house but went off what the town supposedly has. My house is around 2348 upstairs and 2000 downstairs. He came back and said upstairs was 1332 for livable area. So I was like no way and measure myself. My bedroom is 400 sq my living room is 40x20 which is 800 that alone is 1200 sq ft. My kitchen was 220 not including storage space and... read more
This company is excellent. They are the most knowledgeable in the area, and very professional. I have used them for both Commercial and Residential Appraisals. They hold the MAI designation, which is the most respected designation for appraisers.
