Used Kerry to complete a septic inspection report on a home… would never again use him. He was hardly responsive before the inspection and after completed, it was virtually impossible to reach him for the report and invoice. He was very pricey and did not even complete the full inspection. Basically opened the tank, looked at it and said it was good so he did not have to do the full inspection. Used O'Hanlon to inspect my existing septic system. They identified that my system was compromised due to groundwater intrusion due to an issue with my drainage system caused by my landscaper. They were able to give me a fair price for a repair to the septic AND drainage. Very professional and great experience!
