While he was fine, the office has been difficult to reach to fill my prescriptions. He informed me on my last visit he is closing the office.
I have been seeing Dr. O'Hanlan for over a year. He diagnosed my RA immediately and has helped me manage it. It took months to originally get in to see him, but now when I get to the office I get in quickly. They are all very knowledgeable, friendly and caring.
Dr O'Hanlan is one of the very few doctors I have gone to that does not seem to always be in a rush to get his patients in and out. Never a wait time -- always has enough time to listen to how I'm doing and explains all blood work thoroughly. I'm so glad I found him.
I have the highest regard for this considerate doctor. He takes the time to explain what the blood work means in relation to RA. He is truly a compassionate man. I never have to wait long. His staff are friendly. And he truly listens.
Extremely knowledgeable doctor. Is ranked highly by people who know such as U.S. News and World Report. Helped me find other physicians and is concerned about the health of his patients.
Please do not go see him. My regular DR and ER drs told me I had RA and referred me to this doctor. I have seen him 2 or 3 times since January and it is now June. He would not diagnose me with RA and rambled on about irrelevant stuff in the medical field. Lost my blood tests, sent me for labs twice. Each visit was as if it was my first. Each visit he would say he had to order my records. I saw another dr who in one week diagnosed me with aggressive RA and I am now in treatment. Wasted 6 months.
Doesn't listen to what i am saying, just kept talking about things that were irelevant
This Dr cost me years of missed treatment!! I was sent to Dr OHanlan for what my many Dr's believed to be Lupus (it runs in my family and I had been sick for years).When I arrived I was already a bit annoyed he was babysitting his Grandchild who was running wild and very loud..but I thought maybe that was a good sign that he was a very caring man. He was very much the total opposite! He had a horrible bedside manor was cold callous and very rude. His staff was very disorganized, and I had waited weeks to get into to see him!... read more
