I had a very unpleasant experience with a showing agent who identified herself as Rosemary with OHANA Realty Group regarding a rental property. I asked a simple and completely reasonable question: whether I could view the property before submitting an application. I lived with my sister briefly while she was renting a home from this agency. I saw the customer service steadily decline over time as she had to move out of the house. Questions not clearly answered, being told things that don’t make sense & not being given clear information about protocols. My sister is an environmental science student & biologist for nevada. I would not recommend Ohana Realty Group based on my experience. Communication is consistently poor, with calls and messages going unanswered or requiring repeated follow-ups. When concerns are finally addressed, there is often a lack of professionalism in the way people are spoken to, which makes an already frustrating situation even worse. Ohana, doesn’t really seem like a fitting name because they don’t treat their tenants like family. & probably not their employees either since Noreen seems to be extremely overwhelmed at her job. At first little things would fall through the cracks & i would send follow up messages.
