Love this place!
I highly reccomend Tony, who does an amazing job on my nails! He's very efficient and quick. The atmosphere of the salon itself is very nice as well.
If there was a negative star option I would choose that. I’ve been a loyal customer of Ohana Nail Lounge since they opened a few years ago and had a few issues but today was unacceptable and I will NEVER go back. I recently had a mani and after just a few days the gel (that was actually supposed to have been a dip in the first place) began flaking and peeling off taking my natural nails off with it. I wish I could give 0 stars. Im 8 days from delivering a baby and just wanted some self care. I wanted a gel manicure and pedicure and did NOT do the pedicure after seeing that the techs have no idea what they are doing. I'll post pictures of what I wanted vs what I left with. The tech was clueless on how to give me what I wanted, soft and delicate. She actually told me my nails were too short for ombre, I am a former nail tech myself and length has nothing to do with it. This place is extremely expensive. Also, don't expect to pay the same amount for the same service each time. I routinely went in for a fill and each time was more expensive then the last. I try to look for the positive in every situation but the people were also rude so unfortunately I have nothing positive to share.
