A basic pedi, not their specialty. Nails were left bumpy and did not allow time to dry in between layers. Charged to remove old polish $5. In and out in under 20 minutes.
Love this place!
I highly reccomend Tony, who does an amazing job on my nails! He's very efficient and quick. The atmosphere of the salon itself is very nice as well.
If there was a negative star option I would choose that. I’ve been a loyal customer of Ohana Nail Lounge since they opened a few years ago and had a few issues but today was unacceptable and I will NEVER go back. I recently had a mani and after just a few days the gel (that was actually supposed to have been a dip in the first place) began flaking and peeling off taking my natural nails off with it. I wish I could give 0 stars. Im 8 days from delivering a baby and just wanted some self care. I wanted a gel manicure and pedicure and did NOT do the pedicure after seeing that the techs have no idea what they are doing. I'll post pictures of what I wanted vs what I left with. The tech was clueless on how to give me what I wanted, soft and delicate. She actually told me my nails were too short for ombre, I am a former nail tech myself and length has nothing to do with it.
