hmmmmm….I was gifted a card and figured I’d use it. I added on to the gifted amount, and wish I hadn’t. I did a chrome gel pedicure. The polish isn’t evenly blended and the service felt very rushed. The chairs are out dated & I was given white warmed stained towels. The foot wax was lukewarm. I stay pretty quiet during my sessions, but this was a very discreet “hi” & “bye”. Pictures show it all. They let me walk out of the door and charged me $50 for this sloppy work. The manager had left for the day, I called the next day and male manager told me to come in and they will fix this mess. I went three separate days to be told I had just missed the manager, none of the technicians would fix their mistake without charging me for another service because the male manager had not told the staff to make this right. If I could give zero stars, that would be my rating.

This salon can’t do square nails. Most uncomfortable experience in a salon ever. Went for Mother’s Day to treat myself from the second I sat down I could tell the nail tech was in a bad mood I asked him how he was and he ignored me. Okay I guess he’s not having a great day but whatever let’s move on well I show him what I want and say I would like square. Had a nail appointment for 1pm (gift from a friend). They didn't even seat me until 1:30, then didn't start my nails until almost 2. I don't like going to the salon enough to know if this is normal or not. It just left a bad taste in my mouth to wait for so long for a simple manicure. They seem to really like their regulars, though they didn't really talk with me at all. I'm probably just not cut out for salon life. It's probably normal. My nails did look cute when done.

A basic pedi, not their specialty. Nails were left bumpy and did not allow time to dry in between layers. Charged to remove old polish $5. In and out in under 20 minutes.
