I can't say enough great things about working with Steve. He helped us purchase a condotel unit in Kauai and navigated us through a bunch of tricky situations along the way. We went into escrow in one unit, backed out, and then went immediately into a new offer with another unit. Steve made the transition seamless, and about as easy as could be. We had a great experience with Steve and his team. Steve is honest and easy to work with. He is quick to respond to questions, and knowledgeable about all mortgage products and the process. We would recommend doing business with Steve and his team. He is a broker and, as such, has the ability to find the best deals for his clients.
