I can't say enough great things about working with Steve. He helped us purchase a condotel unit in Kauai and navigated us through a bunch of tricky situations along the way. We went into escrow in one unit, backed out, and then went immediately into a new offer with another unit. Steve made the transition seamless, and about as easy as could be. All of this while we we in California, and he was in Oahu. He is a wealth of knowledge and is very patient explaining everything along the way. We used family friends with out first ... read more
