I had an amazing experience at this office! The staff was incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome the moment I walked in. The facility was spotless and had a really warm, inviting atmosphere. Katie, the doctor, was absolutely wonderful, she took the time to listen to all my concerns and addressed every single one of them. Not once did I feel rushed or dismissed. After retiring from the military, I was reluctant to go see a new PCP. However, the staff at Ohana is very welcoming and kind. It made the transition very easy. I love the Christian music always playing. Katie is great! Oh and the ever changing interns, they're great too. It is nice to see Ohana passing on the passion of healthcare to young, bright future providers.
Ohana Family practice is a great primary care. Their team works long hours with other offices and insurance to get you what you need. Katie is very thorough in her examination and really listens. She has helped me and my husband tremendously. The family practice does bloodwork on site which makes it a little easier. Everyone in the office is very friendly and the ambiance is calm. There's always plenty of of parking and it's right off the highway from melbourne. I would highly recommend Ohana Family Practice.
My wife and I were both patients of Dr. Katie and Ohana family practice. The level of care that started in the Office with our reception and care, with the medical tech, and finally, with Dr. Katie was outstanding. The care was kind, competent, relevant, and first class. Dr. Katie, listen to both of us and our issues. We did not feel rushed and we felt that the care was first class. We will definitely be back. We love Ohana family practice ❤️👍
Katie Shouppe is a phenomenal nurse practitioner. After searching for a new PCP for over a year, we found Ohana Family Practice. The office staff are courteous and take the time to listen to your needs making scheduling an appointment easy. They also have convenient hours. You’ll find Christian music softly playing in the background and scripture throughout the office. There’s usually a minimal wait.
