Good place, clean and presentable. Customer service could use massive improvement. Called about damages, didn't know about. When we discussed fixing issues, got defensive when we started that there were issues with equipment, thought they already knew about the issues.
The house was clean and a close walk to the beach. The host was very accommodating to our needs

We stayed at Ohana Destin over Christmas and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The home was very clean, well-organized, and thoughtfully prepared for guests. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to cook meals comfortably, which made our stay feel just like home. All towels and bed linens were fresh and clean, the beds were very comfortable, and there were plenty of pillows available, which we really appreciated.
