Me and a friend ate there on Saturday afternoon. I ordered a one trip to the salad bar and he ordered a steak. I specifically told the waitress that I had stomach surgery back in December and would not be able to eat much. She charged $6 instead of $3 which would have been a side salad ordered with a meal. I called and asked to speak to the manager and she was very rude to me and told me I didn't have to come back and then hung up on me. Was not happy with service, lots of items on the menu were not available, was charged a 30% tip on a party of 3, and was yelled at by a rude waitress because I questioned the bill. I will NEVER be back!!
To whom it may concern: Yesterday my church group came in (14 people) after a horrible experience at Bear Creek in Phil Campbell, Al hungry, tired, and probably stinky from the creek water but Oh Bryan's restaurant accepted us with EXCELLENT food and our waitress was THE BOMB. Great owners !Great staff! Great Place for a date night! My youngest son is 10 now but when he was 3 ordered he ordered Mac & cheese by himself lol told the waitress “it don’t have dirt in it does it” (meaning pepper) we had been to Cracker Barrel recently and he wasn’t happy with theirs. Ha she was so nice about it most people would have been insulted or rude but then ever since then we have loved going and continue to go. Very accommodating.
They have amazing food and friendly staff .
