Eating area was full of flies as if I were eating at a dump. Steak was well done instead of the medium rare I had ordered and it was as tough as shoe leather. Service was very poor also, no drink refills or concern with how anything was. Very amateur approach to running a restaurant much less a steak house.

Booo! Oh Bryan's in Harselle really dropped the ball today. This used to be a great place to eat, what happened?? Would someone in the company please address the problems at the Hartselle restaurant? We were a party of six. We waited for over an hour to be seated. There was a table that would seat ten that they refused to let us have, even though there was no larger party booked.
