Absolutely the best experience, the tech was amazing even though my little one was soooooo stubborn, did not feel rushed, she went way above and beyond to make sure we had an answer before we left....definitely going back for the 4D because I know they will take the time to ensure I get the best quality pics and service....
We had the best experience imaginable here. The staff was absolutely wonderful. The tech was so patient and kind with us. Baby was being a little active and stubborn during our gender appointment. Instead of sending us out the door with an unclear answer, she had us walk around for 20 min trying to get baby to flip around. She knew what she was doing, baby was in perfect viewing position afterwards. We were very appreciative of her honesty and positive energy throughout our visit! When I called to make the appointment for a 3d ultrasound I was assured I can have it done at 16 weeks. However when I get there for my appointment I was told otherwise. I felt they were in a hurry and did not want to since someone else was coming in for a appointment. I settled for a regular ultrasound. And that's why I rated it a 1 star for poor customer service!
By far the BEST ultrasound studio and staff around! A business that truly loves and cares about what they are doing and why they are doing it! Superb customer service. They go above and beyond to make sure that your experiences(s) are great and really take the time to make sure you get the best possible chance of seeing your little miss or mister!
