RecommendedLosing my mom was the hardest loss in my life. O’Guinn’s was so professional and so personal. My mom looked beautiful and they catered to our needs. Sadly, I lost my dad the following year. They already had so much of his information on file. They made the second hardest loss in my life so much easier than I could have imagined. Don O’Guinn and his employees are the best. My Mom died 3 years ago on February 7th(worst day of my life). Tony and Fred picked her up after she passed in hospice at my sisters. They were very professional and caring. The next day The director Norm helped my father and us with my mom’s arrangements. Everyone one was extremely helpful and compassionate. Thank you to Don and his staff.
Do NOT go to O'Guinn Family Funeral Homes Inc. I called and authorized someone to pick up my mother's death certificate because I'm working till after they close. The representative said that was fine and hung up. The person shows up to get them and then the desk representative LIED and then refused to give the death certificate over. So when I called back to tell them to hand them over and file a complaint, the funeral home director started YELLING at me about how no one on his staff would ever lie.
