A week ago I left a negative review based on the some problems that I had with my unit and upstairs neighbor. The main office took notice of this and was in contact with me the next business day. Big thank you to Cove of Cloud Springs Head Maintenance ( sorry I forgot your name)and Regional Office Manager ( Salina) for responding quickly and personally to address my concerns. I appreciate the new water heater, ac unit and the restoring of my sense of security! Thank you again!

I have complained for the past 3 years about having to turn my heat on to get hot water to take a shower. It is another year and hot outside and still have to turn my heat on. Not only is my apartment extra hot but my electric bill is higher. I have emailed the office , I have talked to management and no results. Refused to renew my mother’s lease, claiming a police report around our home but not related to us at all as the reason. When questioned, they stated it was simply a mistake in writing. Later, when we had been moving, we had to take a break for a few days due to my mother’s tire flattening. When we visited our home again on the 27th of March, our doors had been locked. Two days later, me and my father visited and found that our belongings had been removed: Before my mother said the lease had ended.

Their corporate manager is very rude. Doesn't want to help anyone and keeps pushing for higher rent.
