I have lived here for 1yr and I paid $1379.00 that's with a pet fee. We have had nothing but issues since day 1.the outlets wont hold a plug in.There was an ongoing gas leak for about 2 1/2 weeks where we had no hot water on and off. Then our light bill was high. Got to looking in the closet where the unit is and the whole bottom was coming off. One man said there was a hole in the duct work. Still have no air flow hardly. While the bottom was gone our pilot light kept going out..after fighting for a month to get it resolved... read more

HORRIBLE I strongly advise against renting here. My experience has been frustrating and disappointing. The walls are extremely thin—you can hear everything, including intimate activities from neighbors both above and beside you, which makes it nearly impossible to feel comfortable or have any sense of privacy. A week ago I left a negative review based on the some problems that I had with my unit and upstairs neighbor. The main office took notice of this and was in contact with me the next business day. Big thank you to Cove of Cloud Springs Head Maintenance ( sorry I forgot your name)and Regional Office Manager ( Salina) for responding quickly and personally to address my concerns. I appreciate the new water heater, ac unit and the restoring of my sense of security! Thank you again!
