I visited some family members I have currently live at this apartment complex, it seems family friendly, HUD
The Experience here was horrible and I even heard my neighbors have sex through the walls. I heard so many bad things from friends living here as well not even just my experience such as there being actual BLACK MOLD in a apartment. everything about these apartments is disgusting and it isn't even worth 1 dollar. If you wish to waste money and hear your neighbors having intimate activities rent here but if not stay away.
My GOD where do I even begin… living here is like a waking nightmare. Every morning I wake up and stare at the black mould on my ceiling in frustration. One day it feels like the ceiling’s gonna rot away and collapse like a soggy cookie dipped in tea. I am going in my second year here and it is a great community. Maintenance is always on point with getting things done and the office staff is always kind and helpful. I always feel safe her too bc it is very well lit at night. It is convenient to everything.
I have lived here for 1yr and I paid $1379.00 that's with a pet fee. We have had nothing but issues since day 1.the outlets wont hold a plug in.There was an ongoing gas leak for about 2 1/2 weeks where we had no hot water on and off. Then our light bill was high. Got to looking in the closet where the unit is and the whole bottom was coming off. One man said there was a hole in the duct work. Still have no air flow hardly. While the bottom was gone our pilot light kept going out..after fighting for a month to get it resolved... read more
