Ive lived here for almost a year now. The Cove now has a new office manager who is super nice and willing to help with all my questions or concerns. Shes also really quick with the email replies. I see a wonderful change in our complex and I look forward to many more yrs here:)
Would not recommend this complex to anyone. They do not have enough people to cover amount of maintenance issues. Went without air for a week and now once fixed have no hot water and holes left in ceiling and when flipping lights on the breakers blow and lights go out
Horrible apartments and they are racist id advise not to rent from them children are being called racist names and are being criminally charged for just playing outside. Three children eight year old, nine year old and a 13 year old they have documentation from a school social worker and other adults have heard the racial slurs.
NIGHTMARE APARTMENTS half the outlets don't work and when they do they short circuit and cut the power off my dishwasher has been broken since moving in even after countless times asking for it to be fixed there was a leak in both the bathrooms and they came out and cut holes in the ceilings to stop leak and never fixed the holes or got rid of the mold the water heater pilot wouldn't stay lit had to lite it for hot water the a/c kept freezing and leaking you can not do any work on a vehicle you couldn't change a tire and the... read more
I lived in these apartments for 6 years and the whole time it was miserable this apartment complex is not for anyone with kids sidewalk chalk is not allowed the small park they have is broken the basketball court is uneven and missing the whole goal my dishwasher was broken most of my time here water was leaking in bathrooms they cut out the ceiling to stop the leak and never patched the hole or fixed mold from the water damage you can’t do any repairs on your vehicles not even change a light and the electricity was shorting... read more
