Being a professional athlete (dancer) and experiencing a career stopping injury is the most terrifying outcome (ACL and meniscus tear). Dr. Ogilvie-Harris performed arthroscopic surgery on both my shoulders two years apart. He is an outstanding surgeon and human. He not only has great skills but also was great relationally. I would highly recommend him
He is the best period! I had my knee done by him when I was 18 (bball injury). Like knew. Then again 38 years later (wear and tear/injured it again). My knee feels great after his work. It use to hurt every day before the surgery. I recommend him with 5 stars! He did great work and I am thankful.
Ankle arthroscopy done by him. No plan for rehab explained. No follow up. Had to force a follow up many years later because my ankle was no better than before the op. He told me what I already knew at that point...that scar tissue had take the place of the osteophytes and that it wasn't going to get better. Will always wonder what would have happened had a proper post op rehab been explained to me.
