The best meat and customer service around. We moved from 10 minutes away to 40 minutes away and still make the trip out to them. I'd highly recommend to anyone!

Both product and staff are great, but 2x now I went in for a Tri-Tip (cut of beef we grill on the west coast), paid out the @$$ per pound, got it home and it was improperly cut and I ended up with a round roast chopped sideways. It's very frustrating to go to professional shop and they can't even cut the meat you want. Especially when you are paying upwards of $8-10 a pound for it! Ruined my graduation dinner this week. $30 later for a 3lbs rump roast basically.

I'm extremely sorry to hear this. We have been ordering in tri-tips already cut to have enough on hand for increasing popularity. I had no idea that this was a problem because no one else has had a bad report. If you would like to come in is like to cut one for you to make up for the situation. Next time you swing in just ask for Matt and I'll take care of you personally
I love this place! The quality of meats far surpasses anything you could get at a conventional store with a greater variety as well. They were also very helpful and carried my bags to the car for me without me even asking. The customer service and good is top notch!
