Kyle has horrible customer service. Over promises. Under delivers. Such a terrible and stressful experience working with Ogden’s flooring. Never again.
I was completely impressed how easy it was to pick out carpet flooring countertops cabinets everything we needed to remodel our kitchen and bathroom. Kudos to Jared for helping us and going out of his way as we live 5 hours away.
Have been searching to replace the carpet in my basement and gone to several other businesses. I felt that I was treated exceptionally well by a gentleman named Dave, who was well prepared with the products and service available. I was able to select the type of carpet and color I really wanted, he also was the gentleman who came out and measured for the carpet! Ogdens flooring and design is awesome. The showroom is amazing and the friendliness and personalized treatment is unmatched. You aren’t standing there waiting for a salesclerk and then hoping they know something about their products. John knew the products and had knowledge about how to help us design our room. It was the first time I ever left a design experience happy!!!
John helped us order our carpet. He was so great at explaining things to us and getting our carpet ordered that day and installed the next day. Great service. We will be going to them for all of our home improvement projects. Thanks John!!!
