Not only is their pricing very competitive but their selection of carpet was great. Installation went smoothly with good communication beforehand. Great place to do business!
The sales team is sloppy and doesn't seem to care about the service they are providing. Scheduling a measurement was easy. However, after we chose our carpet and were measured we could not get ahold of the salesman, Brent. Both my husband and I called him 3-4 times over the course of 3 days before we got a response. Before he left out house he promised to respond the following day, not a week later. When we finally got ahold of him he tried to paint a picture like we were dragging our feet. I was asked to leave a review (wasn’t going to but was asked to) so here it is. Installers (1st one they sent out) were literally verbally abusive and almost had to call police it was insane). 2nd installers they sent out were nice but extremely poor workmanship. To the point where I had to pay out of my pocket for another company to tear out the bathroom floors, cut into my kitchen ceiling where water was dripping from the bathroom above and pay more to have the mold expunged. I really appreciated the experience at Ogden's Flooring in Sandy. Working with Travis Nielson, I felt like he was very fair in accommodating my needs, he was quite knowledgable, offering a wide variety of options, and leaving me with the final decisions. I had shopped around a little bit, expecting to stop in here and continue shopping around afterwards. I worked with Travis Nielsen, who was knowledgeable, honest, and gave suggestions that stayed within my budget. Everything went smoothly including the installation. I love my carpet!

We have bought flooring a couple of times now from Travis at Ogden's and are extremely happy with the service and the quality.
