After water pipes broke above my kitchen over 7 months ago, I found the entire staff at Ogden's Carpet Outlet in Taylorsville to be incredibly helpful when I had questions about replacing damaged carpet. The water collapsed the ceiling of the room below, causing extensive damage. The Staff worked seemlessly with the Construction & Insurance companies, taking a lot of the stress out of the situation. It was nice meeting Shawn Anderson. He was very professional and friendly. He was a great help on helping me choose what I needed. I would recommend him to my friends.
I highly recommend working with Marcus at the Taylorsville store. I was very apprehensive about replacing my flooring, the whole process was overwhelming. Marcus was a joy to work with, I didn't feel pressured into buying anything but he helped me find what I wanted, and at a great cost too!
