*****RESPONSE TO THE OWNERS RESPONSE***** You can try to glam up your response to make it sound like you are giving me a good answer, but the fact is your answer is just BS! I am on the phone with a lady (after hours answering service), the first thing I ask her is, "Is the location actually open and staffed today?" She tells me, "Yes." So I go ahead and answer all of her questions for 10 minutes only to be told that the location is actually only open MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY DURING REGULAR BUSINESS HOURS. your website says after our emergency care. I called and I spent 10 minutes answering questions from some lady for her to tell me that you guys aren’t open after hours. You’re only open on Monday through Friday. Maybe you should change the name that’s not good service especially for somebody. Who’s in pain

The office maintains a friendly environment, the staff is always ready to assist, and their communication is excellent. Thanks for making my dental appointments enjoyable!!!
