I live at Beloit Road Senior apartments which is managed by Ogden. Never any management on site, don't respond to messages in a timely manner. You must keep calling and calling. They don't care if it is a furnace issue, mold issue or anything else. They just make excuse after excuse for not getting things done. I would not recommend Ogden management to anyone.
i have been trying to get my maintenance check returned since may as they no longer manage our property they do not return calls or emails
Poor communication with Ogden Rosewood village they don't return phone calls or emails for things that need fixing. The HOA dues are continuing to increase above and beyond what the yearly property taxes are. The maintenance is lacking professionalism.
