Worst dealership experiences, from waiting too long for servicing to their servicing not being efficient! I have left a yelp review as well. Went for an oil change and they did not clip the cover back on resulting in having to pull over from being in the freeway! The cover keeps falling off! We will be going once they are open for them to fix this issue. Not sure what the outcome will be but if it is not fixed I will be escalating this and file a complaint with the BAR. First class operation
Bought an alfa from them along with a service contract a couple years ago. Also bought a scratch/dent repair package from them. Tried to use the scratch/dent repair package a year ago and they didn't honor it, just handed us a small bottle of paint to fix it ourselves. Just found out now they don't service alfa romeos anymore. Now we have to drive an hour away to get our alfa serviced. I wish I could give zero stars. I brought my Alfa in for service and it was there for three + months... I understand things take time but I do not understand blatantly ignoring clients. I called multiple times daily about my vehicle and every time was told I’d get a call back in ten minutes. I had to literally show up to get an update on my car.
