Bad oil change experience. The engine bay was left filthy, oily hand prints all over. The oil drain plug was not tightened and most of the oil drained out of my G80 Sport. The dealership topped off the oil and rinsed the belly pan. Every time the car got hot it smelled of oil. I was ignored when I complained about this. The cabin air filter was replaced but the plastic plugs in the glove box were left on the floor. Brake fluid was changed incorrectly, every time I hit the brakes they would shutter badly. Worst dealership experiences, from waiting too long for servicing to their servicing not being efficient! I have left a yelp review as well. Went for an oil change and they did not clip the cover back on resulting in having to pull over from being in the freeway! The cover keeps falling off! We will be going once they are open for them to fix this issue. Not sure what the outcome will be but if it is not fixed I will be escalating this and file a complaint with the BAR. First class operation
Bought an alfa from them along with a service contract a couple years ago. Also bought a scratch/dent repair package from them. Tried to use the scratch/dent repair package a year ago and they didn't honor it, just handed us a small bottle of paint to fix it ourselves. Just found out now they don't service alfa romeos anymore. Now we have to drive an hour away to get our alfa serviced.
