not have nurses that turn people in to CPS for not having a car seat (which was being brought) and not wanting to use their towells that gave my baby a rash.
Need to update current meds instead of going off their list, which was more than 3 years old. The PA's bedside manner was the worst I've ever seen and he made it very clear what his opinion of us being there was, instead of what my daughter's diagnosis was. He didn't bother getting a full history. If he had, maybe he would have exhibited some compassion towards my daughter, instead of acting as if she was a burden. RecommendedI just want to say a HUGE Thank-you to Dr. Miller and the nurses in the er! If he had not actually listened to me yesterday morning, there's a good chance I would be in very bad shape today. He listened to me and checked everything out, kept me comfortable and sent me to North Platte for emergency surgery, if he had not of been so caring my cyst would have ruptured and could have made me very sick and I would have had to have some major reconstructive done or it could have left my 7 week old daughter without a mommy. I absolutely love Dr. Wong. I’ve been seeing him for about six months now and his bedside manner is the best I’ve ever dealt with. He really takes time to listen to you and makes you feel heard and he really knows his stuff. I hope he stays here forever! Thank you Dr Wong!
They are amazing staff and genuinely care about their patients. Dr Banks did a really good job on my boyfriend's surgery and wasn't afraid to go the extra mile to make sure he was taken care of and everyone kept checking in to see if he needed anything or what more they could do for him. Highly recommend this place to anyone!
