They don’t take your pain seriously!!!! Very very frustrating when it effects your daily life. Condescending when they address your pain. Like you haven’t read anything in your life to try and fix the issue without going to the doctor! Unfortunately I have spent 8 years with this practice. I have delivered 3 babies through them and paid many thousand dollars to them. Let me tell you, over the years the service through management has slowly declined, but now we are at an all time low. To refuse service to a woman AFTER she reschedules her whole week to make it to her appointment and drives all the way to the office is just not okay. RecommendedI adore the staff and appreciate their dedication to patients. While I miss Dr. Agrusa deeply I have been so grateful for Dr. Thomas. The nurses are just as amazing, Jill Dawson is one of my favorites! The billing department, scheduling department, everyone in between is absolutely wonderful.
I love Dr. pittard, and I’d recommend him EVERY DAY. But OGA has failed me, not once but twice. Without giving my medical information on this platform, I will just say that they have refused to see me twice during this current covid crisis, once at great detriment to me. Their triage nurses are rude. Their NP Jen Newman is unskilled and awful. If ever Dr. Pittard leaves OGA, I will follow him.
I’ve been going to OGA for over two years now, and I’m so grateful that I found them. Dr. Pittard has been my doctor the entire time, and he’s quite easily the best physician, of any specialty, that I’ve ever been to. He’s never treated me with anything but the utmost kindness and respect. I’m very thankful for everything Dr. Pittard and OGA have done for me.
