Very helpful. Went in to purchase a racing suit, came out with a perfect fitting suit within my budget. Great people as well.
I am very happy with OG Racing, Typically most orders arrive the next day or on the second day (Quicker than Amazon prime!) I ordered a new seat on Tuesday, and it was delivered by Wednesday! They're not shipping especially far (VA to NJ) but it shows they do not mess around with processing orders. Any time i've called or online-chatted with questions they've always been extremely knowledgeable and offered multiple methods to make sure I got the right size items (Helmet, shoes, etc)
Top Notch service! I ordered my parts on Friday and they were here Monday morning! A pleasure to deal with and I would definitely recommend them to anyone
I ordered a Sparco Slider through amazon from OG Racing, after placing the purchase i gave them a call to confirm that they received the order. The guy I spoke with was very helpful and understanding. He swapped the USPS shipping to UPS for me at no charge to get the slider to me in 2 days. Awesome customer service, and massive inventory! They know their products well! Thumbs up!
Had an issue with a sparco suit (ordered wrong size), customer care was awesome! Sent the suit back and 2 day shipped the right size back to me all in a week. Wish I could put 10 stars! I know where I will be ordering everything I need this racing season. Def. will be a return customer!
I have had nothing but good experiences wih OG. The staff are very knowledgeable, friendly, and they have a nice showroom, where you try out all kinds of safety equipment and seats.
