Clean office, easy to get to, and the doctor is informative. * My one complaint is about the staff. They don't double-check your profile when it matters, and however polite they can be over the phone, it's apparent that they couldn't care less. - I asked to have my post-procedure follow-up with the doctor over the phone, as I live 2+ hours away. Rudest Admin/Receptionist I have ever encountered. I called to touch base on a referral I had sent in by my family physician quite some time ago, which was cancelled because I apparently no showed-except I never received any communication regarding an appointment from them. I'm writing this so that the doctor is aware of the situation. I never got to speak with or see a doctor. However, considering it's the doctor's practice, I want them to know this situation cuz I'll be following up with a complaint regarding this. I have had gynecological issues since I was a young girl. I'd spent my entire reproductive life up till this year, in a great deal of pain, suffering, trauma & anemia, while being entirely mystified. I had never been heard or respected by the medical professionals that I sought out for help with this, until I met Dr. Jimoh for the first time last year.
