They were very very good! I called & they came out that day to do the Estimate. They were out here quickly, did a great job, very timely, & I would never hesitate to call them again.

Comment: The first project I had, they came out 2 hours later than Wendy said they would, and apparently, there was miscommunication between her and Raul about scheduled time. Second project, still hasn't been completed. I have left 3 voicemails and emailed twice to find out when will they be coming. Lack of professionalism not to return phone calls within 24 hours.

They were 'on-time'. They were courteous. They had the right tools to do the job efficiently and correctly. They cleaned-up well. I couldn't be happier. For this type of pruning work, I'll contact them again! Job well done!!

Affordable and very quick and efficient. The only reason for the 1/2 star reduction in the quality is the fact that my grass is in rough shape after, but I don't think there was much they could do about that (not like they could avoid walking on it).
