Very rude and creepy driving instructors so hopefully you don’t get the bad ones. One instructor kept insulting a kid, not doing his “one job” which is to teach and help improve those there to learn. Also heard judgment for being a Christian from an instructor after being asked what high school I went to. Most people in the company hate their job complaining while you drive always sighing and taking deep breaths like it’s the worst thing in the world. All the vehicles I drove were dirty and gutless. Segment 1 was boring which is to be expected for a quite outdated course. Pricing is pretty... well pricey. But ignoring all the caveats of state organized training; the people here are great. I've never met anyone that had a more interesting backstory than these people. They turn a boring, uncomfortable experience into a fun and extra-informative experience I could more than live with. Mike, driving instructor was very patient and kind. Most teens are very nervous for these drives and I’d recommend him to all students/parents especially those that are anxious. We liked his teaching style! The school admin team was also helpful coordinating with my students needs.
Our son went through official driving school and did his classes virtually. His in person drives were great experiences for him. Primarily because of his instructor, Mike. Mike is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He definitely put my son at ease when he was behind the wheel and taught him everything that he needs to know to be a confident successful driver when he starts driving on the road. My experience with Official was very satisfactory. Scheduling drives, class time, and registration was very smooth. Mr. Billings is the best instructor I could have asked for. After my first drive with him I rescheduled my drives so I could have them all with him. He is a great teacher, very engaging, direct, helpful, encouraging, and keeps safety at top priority.
