It is nearly impossible to schedule drives at the Novi location and the instructor’s guidance is just to “check the portal 8 times a day” until spots are available. They should not take so many students if there are no drive times. Emails with questions do not get answered.
Avoid at all costs! They do not have enough instructors to provide the required drive time in the allotted timeframe. None of this was told to us beforehand. You will wait weeks to find scarce dates for your student to drive....BEWARE!!
Impossible to get a response via text, email, or a phone call to schedule drives or resolve a conflict. At this my time whole family is wrapped up in trying to communicate with a human.
Today we had a great experience with David at the Ann Arbor location! He was very patient and professional. My son felt comfortable during his lessons and learned a lot. I appreciated being able to meet with David after the lesson to get insight and pointers on my son’s progress. Would definitely recommend!
Mr Germany does not teach your teens much about driving, nor does he spend much time getting them to drive. Talks too much about his own personal life. He combined the two children’s sessions and were always done in no time. Overall, very poor guidance to pay for or depend on prior to sending teenagers out in traffic.
