Refused to take a passport photo of my 3 month old baby. Even though there is nothing online to say this is not possible. I had said he can sit up and I can hold him but they still did not assist

Store itself is good and staff are helpful. Parking is terrible. No matter what time of the day you go it is full or someone there can’t drive and it takes them 5 min to reverse and do 30 point turn. The traffic management in the car park could be improved.
