Great shop. Always have good advice, and the product I require.
Had a staff member return a faulty electric standing desk, bought at Oxley, but they had none in stock so had to go to Woolongabba, the staff member treated my employee (18 year old kid) like he was a criminal for asking for an exchange, I had to call the store to calm the woman down, her tone was extremely aggressive. In the end we just got a refund instead of an exchange becuase i didnt want to do any further business with Office Works
