Common sense missing , waited for 20 minutes in queue to know that our photo machine is out of order . Request to manager use common sense and put a note so that customer don’t waste time , gud for your business
Went to pickup some printouts I had ordered online. The pickup was right at the door as you enter. Very easy transaction and excellent customer service by the officeworks staff lady at the door.
Very poor service at photo counter. Had to line up three times for information as the self service machine was not connecting to the internet. Gave up and went to Kmart which was cheaper and had better service. Lack of staff and no one who made any effort to come and check the problem. Lost me as a customer.
Terrible customer service at the printing desk, specifically a young girl beginning with the letter R. Disappointing.
