Such lovely service from Madison. She was helpful and nice to absolutely everyone and under a lot pressure considering her coworker Zarah was doing absolutely nothing, very rude and no customer service skills.
I placed a click & collect order a week ago, spending around $700. I received notifications and an email to pick it up during the week, but due to work commitments I wasn’t able to collect it. I phoned the store the day before coming in (today) to confirm whether I was still able to collect, and was reassured I had 30 days to do so. I visited here 12th Aug 2025 at 6:30pm the two girls in the printing area had bad attitudes and zero customer service. They were not nice at all.
I went into Officeworks for some custom card printing, and Rhy was nothing short of amazing. She went above and beyond to make sure I was completely happy with the final product, and I never once felt rushed or like I was inconveniencing her, even when I needed multiple adjustments to get everything just right. Her warmth, professionalism, and genuine care made the whole experience such a positive one. The other girls were also so lovely and helpful, thank you!!
