Everything you want is done on line. What happen to customer service. What happen to talking to someone instead of pushing a series of buttons and going round in circles to then end up hanging up and redialling just in case I got it wrong...no I had it right and round 2 to automated self serve with no result. Sorry this is just crazy. Employ some real people.
