Today I needed assistance with printing off some photos from my mobile. Like many older people, I struggle with technology and I want to commend Sara from the kiosk. She was amazingly helpful and patient with myself and numerous other customers. Often, we IT gumbies, are made to feel stupid... Sara was consistently respectful and extremely knowledgeable and supportive. Customers are prone to criticize...it was lovely to feel so valued 😀
We recently bought a tablet and a mobile phone. The shop assistant Henry, was extremely helpful and friendly and provided us with the advice we needed to make a decision on which models were best for our needs. We can't thank him enough and he certainly deserves a 5 star review.
Big store, lots of options, Not enough staff, no customer service.
Rude staff, photo printing service never works, help is never offered, only suggestion is to go home and print it online and collect another day. A complete waste of time, 3 times I've left the store with no photos. Defeats the entire purpose of same day prints.
Rude Staff…… Not the first time!!!…… Obviously not the last time…… Customer Service Training is clearly needed for those on checkouts who feel the need to give you constant disgusted and annoyed looks…… Doesn’t take much to smile or a hello or even better be a decent human being…… Shouldn’t have to walk out feeling like crap just because you are in a bad mood or dealing with things…… If customer service isn’t something you can handle please find something else you clearly would rather do to make you genuinely happy……
