Staff don’t know what they are talking about. I know they are closing & specifically asked if I could return a purchase if it didn’t work for me. I was told that I could. Went to return and it guess what....no returns on anything. Rotten customer service and lied to me. Will NEVER shop at Office Max again!!!
I would recommend it but it is closing in a couple if weeks.

Literally the worst place to shop. Staff has no idea what's going on. They blame each other for misinformation. They don't honor sales and mislead the customer on pricing. Ridiculous. I will never ever shop there again. I am going to tell everyone to go to target or Staples instead.
went into the store today everybody was friendly, but could be very helpful, they only had one chromebook on display and it was not even power. not a good way to sale the stuff you have in the store
Terrible custom service, especially from one of the managers. Waited well over 10 minutes just to get an online order pickup. Follow-up: Talked to Angel, the store manager, she was very apologetic and took the time to listen to my complaint. Went in and received $10 off my purchase.
Nice people very friendly and the store was really clean.
