0 stars! I asked the lady to recommend a desktop that would last me 10 yrs. Spent $800 on the computer, she talked me into buying a warranty. Said any problems I have they can fix in the store. 4 months later, my computer crashes. They don't employ one single in house technician.They want me to send out the computer ( to have it wiped clean of everything, including my $200 Microsoft Word I just bought) and all of my accounts and saved pictures. Not happy right now. Ordered a desk on New Years day. Promised a free 3 day shipping.Here it is January 13th.They said they came here on the 3rd @ 5:50PM..Ummm I DONT THINK so because we were home. Sitting in front of the window all week.. However then they put a track on it and now they saying something due to weather watch.. I brought up for us to just pick up another one @ the store, for some reason they cant. Now they are saying that a delivery would be yesterday or today. We'll see. NOT holding my breath....
