I appreciate the fact that Office Depot sent me a check for the amount of my misplaced/ stolen equipment when I had my pc notebook serviced at their location. However, I did not want a check but rather my new equipment shipped to me. This is a hassle and their customer service and services did not and have not exceeded my expectations as a consumer. I do not recommend their services for any pc equipment.
