customer service has went downhill now adays. A simple hello Ill be right with you is so hard to do I guess.

They pulled a sale price sticker off something I was going to buy and then wouldn't honor that price when I went to the register! Shady!
They pulled a sale price sticker off something I was going to buy and then wouldn't honor that price when I went to the register! Shady!
Went in to get a paperback book spiral-bound and the Machine was broken taking a waiting list expected repairs on Friday last time I went in to get the book bound same issue so seems like there's always an issue with the binding machine and you wait a long time just to get told that information I will not be coming back
