I will never shop there again! I am a teacher and I sent over product to be printed and had the printing authorization letter because of the copyright laws, and OfficeMax still would not print it. The letter clearly stated that it gave the purchaser the right to be printed and they still refused. I am so mad! I am a teacher and this is where I always go to print my back to school copies. I give this place even less than one star. After purchasing a Dell laptop (and an extended warranty), less than a year ago, the hard drive crashed. I brought it in and they told me they no longer service items there; and referred me to the phone numbers on the warranties. After a lengthy conversation with a Dell representative they ended up sending me a replacement hard drive that I would have to install myself. Bought a laptop computer and they over charged my bank card by $500.00. Then was told by the manager that he did not now how to correct the charge. I will never shop here again.
