Not really sure whose fault this is but I placed an order online and paid with PayPal, just for them to call and say they don't carry it in the store (it clearly showed in stock and available for pickup on the website). Since I paid with PayPal I can't get my money for another 3-5 days, so it's just in limbo I guess
I was putting together a desk from Office Max and it was missing a piece. Called the store and they opened another box and gave me the piece. Super easy and fast! Great customer service. Thank You!
