I went to Office Max on Alps Rd in Athens yesterday. First visit to this store. I needed copies (50) and help with sending a Fed-Ex package. From the front door to the back, I was made to feel welcomed and appreciated for my business. The associate at the back of the store that helped me, Jordana, was one of the most knowledgeable, helpful and calm people I've ever noticed in customer service. She got very busy right after I got there but I watched her juggle every person with professionalism and concern. Way to go!!!

PSA for business cards: So today I went to OfficeMax today to get some business cards and was thoroughly disappointed with the quality of the cards and paper. I paid $30 for these cards and I could have done a better job printing them myself.

Don't buy their "protection plan". Paid 160 for a chair and got the 30 dollar plan on it, knowing it would break. I take the chair back a year later, and am given 80 dollars of in store credit. Apparently, if any item ever goes on sale, they only give you the lowest price that item has ever sold for. All these stores carry is junk anyway. Take your business elsewhere.
