Jacob Kunnath provided the best customer service a last minute, special event coordinator could ever receive. I came in frantic and overwhelmed and he worked magic. He is amazing and I am thankful for him.
Piss poor customer service. Less than 24 hours I forgot to use coupon. I have to bring product back get a refund and then buy using coupon. How about this??? I'll never shop there again and I'll keep giving bad reviews! The manager is an idiot!! Very bad customer service. But they don't care.
