I would like to caution ANYONE in regards to submitting/recycling ink cartridges with Office Max (Office Depot). I have just spent more than an hour on the phone with various departments and Live Chat to try to determine where all of my "cartridge credits" have gone and why I don't see record of any when I view my "rewards" account.
