OfficeMax is a joke. Spent $250 on a laptop and have been waiting all day for it to be set up, called multiple times and was told it would only be a couple more hours. Now I call and they say their system is down and there is nothing they can do except give me a refund because I'm leaving town tomorrow and won't be back for a couple of weeks. No one could have told me in the 3 or 4 times that I called that the system was down and I wouldn't be getting the laptop?? Or thought to maybe call me since they had my number? So ridi... read more

This rating is in regards to the straps in the shopping carts. I stopped counting at seven carts. Seven out of eight carts had child safety straps that were broken. I mentioned this fact to the manager on duty who was very friendly about my complaint. I felt she listened sincerely. As a mother of an active toddler I felt I needed to speak up for other consumers who also shop there. Thanks for letting me post!
