Service used to be better at the Shoreline WA location. But when I went in today, Cassie in your printing department helped a woman who walked up after me, took an hour to print 250 double sided sheets of paper and then said it would take another 45 minutes to punch holes in them. I declined and said I would take care of that myself. I cannot believe I walked in at 2:00pm today and was not able to leave until 3:20PM. I was very disappointed to learn that Office Max is changing the policy that allowed teachers to triple the number of "limited items," purchased. I was told that teachers will now be earning more Rewards Points. Teachers, often having limited funds, need to stock up in the beginning of the school year, because many of us supply our students with the things that they can't afford to purchase. For many teachers, paying full price, after reaching the limited amount will not be a consideration. Please reconsider this policy chan... read more
