I ordered 700 fliers (almost a $90 order) for a school event in bright orange. When I picked the order up the fliers were yellow. Even after showing the print preview and order conformation from my order(that showed I ordered orange) The employee still said I must have ordered yellow. I'll be sure to order else where next time.

The employee was so rude and unhelpful just an ass he was. Never again Office Max, your employee treated me like I was an idiot and he has no business dealing with the public...EVER.
We had a bad experience at the round Lake Beach Il OfficeMax today. We bought a printer there less than three months ago the printer doesn't work they refused to take it back.
You'll make millions from shoppers shopping for CHRISTMAS gifts yet you won't acknowledge or let employees say "Merry Christmas"? My, how hypocritical.. shame on Office Max....

I am throwing out an almost full pack of OfficeMax "permanent" file folder labels. These "permanent" labels start peeling off quickly. This is not the only OfficeMax brand product that has failed. My opinion, all products that have the OfficeMax brand are a total waste of money = big time.
Pass this on to corporate: Fairbanks Alaska store has no heat. It a little chili up there about now.
