There isn’t a low enough rating for my experience. Friday evening, I asked a worker about a certain kind of tape I needed. He led me to the wrong kind. As he walked away, I could hear him say under his breath, that he has no time for this and he has too much to do. He didn’t think that I heard him but I did. I hope a manager reads this. I will be in to talk about this. What a jerk!!
I took my laptop into OfficeMax yesterday because I wasn't able to go on-line. A young lady by the name of Rachel fixed it. She was so helpful, understanding and a pleasure to do business with. Thank you, Rachel!
